The Housing Executive and Housing Associations currently use an online service which enables tenants to find mutual exchange matches by registering details of their properties and the type of property they wish to move to. The contract for this current service expires on 30.11.2018 therefore the Housing Executive now wishes to procure an internet based mutual exchange service for a 2 year initial contract period with the option to extend for a further a period or periods up to and including 24 months.
