Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint a number of suitably experienced and qualified suppliers of Arboricultural services to a Framework Agreement for the period 2019-2022. Award of a place on the Framework is no guarantee of future work, and requirements will be subject to mini competition during the life of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will also be available for use by other members of the Procurement Alliance for Essex. Tenderers must have Arboricultural association membership and be Loler accredited.
