The services required from the tendering contractors for the Total Operation and Maintenance Management (Total O and M) of the MEP plant within the Energy Centre, the distribution networks and site infrastructure at the AECC site. The AECC site is currently under development and the construction programme can be made available on request via the contract administrator (refer).

The successful contractor is required to provide Total O and M services and include:

1) Operation and Maintenance;

2) Billing
