The service will be delivered from a central hub where support can be provided through a peer support model and working with partner agencies. Warrington Borough Council have a designated building for the service hub to operate from- the Allen Street building. However it is expected that service delivery is wider than the building walls using an Asset Based Community Development approach. The term ‘service user’ will not be used as current members have chosen to be called service members.
