The Authority, is conducting this OJEU procurement using the open procedure for the purpose of appointing Contractors on to 2 separate Frameworks:

Lot 1 will provide Adaptations to the homes of vulnerable people;

Lot 2 provides a Handyperson and Repairs service.

The requirements are further described in the Specification and associated documents. The value of these works is above the EU thresholds for works.
