The Council is seeking tenders from organisations interested in supplying and maintaining high volume printing equipment and multi functional devices to the Council.
The following is within the scope of this Contract:
Provision of an overall solution to reduce cost and improve efficiency for Council establishments, Derbyshire Schools and other affiliated organisations within Derbyshire and surrounding counties.
The supply on a five year rental basis of printing equipment including high volume printers, Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and desktop MFDs
Supply of management software for the Council's printing requirements
Maintenance and support for the equipment and software supplied under the Contract.
Efficient management of the Contract to include (but not be limited to) service level agreements, review meetings, management and performance reports.
