To provide a facility for the recycling and/or disposal of highways waste materials, to include the following waste types:
— segregated organic waste (EWC code 20 02 01 or 02 01 03)
— segregated waste wood (EWC code 17 02 01)
— segregated asphalt concrete road planings (EWC code 17 03 02)
— mixed construction and demolition waste (EWC code 17 09 04 or 17 01 07)
— segregated concrete (EWC code 17 01 01)
— segregated gully waste (EWC code 20 03 03)
— segregated top soil (EWC code 17 05 04)
— segregated sub soil (EWC code 17 05 04)
— mixed soils and clays (EWC code 17 05 04)

The initial requirement is for Dorset County Council and Borough of Poole as a collaborative partner.

Framework Value
The estimated value of combined spend for Dorset County Council and its collaborative partner is 684,000 GBP based on 4 years. This figure is given in guidance only and the Council cannot guarantee that this value of business will be generated during the period of the framework.
To allow for possible interest from other Contracting Bodies, the estimated value for the entire duration of the Framework shall range between GBP 400,000 and GBP 800,000.
Framework Duration
The period of the framework will be for 3 years (commencing 1 September 2014 and ending 31 August 2017) with provision to extend the framework for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance, making a total 4 year period.
