Introduction
Derbyshire Constabulary require the provision of a new Command and Control system.
Background Information
Derbyshire Constabulary have commissioned a project to replace the following systems which are fundamental to delivering service to the public:
— Command and Control System
— Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
The aim of the project is to;
— Have a new improved CnC System installed and in use.
— Undertake an evaluation of the current processes in the Control Room.
— Procure a solution which will enable improved business processes.
The intended benefits to the Force are:
— Systems built on upgradable and maintainable platforms.
— Improved Control Room processes.
— Possible integration/collaboration within the region.
The Requirements
The following requirements are within Scope:
— Command and Control System
— Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
— Derbyshire Constabulary business requirements.
The following are Out of Scope:
— Integrated Communication Control System (ICCS)
— Changes to business processes.
— Any other Constabulary's business requirements
Derbyshire Constabulary are looking for a single provider to enter into Contract with for the complete supply, installation and ongoing technical support and maintenance of a New CnC system.
The ITT document at the Tender stage will set out in more detail the complete set of functional, non-functional and any other specific Contract requirements.

(k) has been the subject of a conviction for money laundering, as defined in Article 1 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10 June 1991 on prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering.
